Art Construction Company has the capabilities of handling diverse
projects, from multi-family properties and custom single-family
residences, to warehouses and industrial plants, to office buildings
and commercial interiors, and to zoological exhibits and recreational
facilities. Our company's, and senior management team's, long
lists of accomplishments include some of the finest restaurants,
showrooms, offices, residential subdivisions, and one-of-a-kind
multimillion dollar private residences in South Florida. These
projects have included new construction, renovations, and restorations.
We pride ourselves on working closely with Owners, Architects,
and Designers. Despite the complex nature of most projects, our
basic management approach remains simple:
Management by Objectives At all times we focus on what has to
be done to achieve the objectives of each project.
Field Orientation As much authority as possible is devolved to
the team responsible for building each project.
Open Communication A direct non-bureaucratic approach ensures
that problems are identified early and resolved quickly. We look
for creative solutions before problems occur, rather than placing
blame or fabricating change orders after the fact.
A Principal of our Company visits each project site, on a daily
basis, to insure quality control and timely completion of our
work. Successful projects, whatever their size, are the result
of good management.
