In cases of Contractor difficulty or performance failure, we work with the Contractor to attempt to help them resolve their difficulties and complete the Project. This is often a more cost effective solution than Contractor termination. Acquisition Analysis Due Diligence Investigations Either prior to, or as part of due diligence, we examine the physical condition of properties, and make both long and short term repair recommendations. In addition, we assist in planning the establishing of reserve funds and maintenance schedules. We have also worked with financial institutions to determine the veracity of loan requests. |
